We are located in the same parking lot as the 1st Source Bank at Ireland and Ironwood Roads, in the "L-Shaped" plaza.
Our office is the one on the "L", closest to Ireland Road (where the Gabriele Eye Institute / Noble Romans / East of Chicago Pizza used to be).
Office Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
